I absolutely love Zavius Jewelers! We had a great experience picking out our setting and are diamonds for my engagement and wedding rings. We have boughten other jewellery from that we love. Liz, one of the associate, is amazing we worked with her the most but everybody there seems kind. We will definitely be buying jewelry from zavius in the future.
So impressed! They re-sized my engagement ring in a day! Weeks sooner than anywhere else promised!! They were so professional, and I would recommend going!
Honestly shop around rockford first. When I walked in I felt as they thought I wasn't good enough for the store. Two months after the time they said my ring should be done I hadn't gotten a phone call or email so I called them. Come to find out my ring wasn't even completed and I had to fight to get a refund. Honestly I think they are crooked.
The rings are nice, but they seemed both diss honest and like they were trying to take advantage of my boyfriend. I would not recommend them to anyone. The only reason I give them two stars is because the rings look nice.
Ring ended up not being what it was supposed to be. When I tried talking to them about it, they only tried to justify it. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Will be taking my business anywhere else in the future.
