I am happy to say that I have changed my rating of Soto's! I went in today with my daughter to get my store credit for an item purchased that I was unhappy with and was also given an additional gift card to ensure that I was happy with everything. The ladies that work there have gone above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer of theirs. I most definitely will be back to shop again very soon. The people that work here are nice. Bbbbuuut my boyfriend got,his chain made there and the diamond cuts are trash , got a chain dipped also and still looked faded, also went to get a chain repaired and they claimed they couldn't fix it But yet it's back on display. I will not be returning. Norma or Ramon will be the only Rockford jewelers we go to.
