Love what I got from them. Modern furniture at shockingly low prices . Great customer services as well. The sales person was fantastic. you'll WANT to buy more. A lot of metal and wood - definitely a focused taste, but one that I love.
Would not recommend this furniture to anybody. Order a bed set and was told 6 weeks. It has been 11 weeks now and still no bed. We called 5 weeks in row and they said every time it will be here this week. 5 times they told us this. Then asked for a status update and we get " I don't know". Told them we are cancelling the order and they asked us to call back because they sent an email to Ashley and need to know if it is okay to cancel. So now my bank is coming after them. Please do not go here.
Very friendly staff they were able to get me the bedroom set that I had my eye on for the last four no the or so. And the best part about it is it was much cheaper than the room place. Same product,model but they save me so much money! Thanks again furniture elegance!

Absolutely horrible if I could give zero stars I would. I place the order at the store that was great and was told 2 weeks okay that sounds great. Two weeks go by I hear nothing. I wait 3 weeks call back and now it's on back order. No call in regards to this. I waited a little over a month and finally it's in awesome. Well delivery scheduling sucks. No one picks up the phone and then when they do my husband sets up an appointment to do delivery. Well surprise surprise they do not show up. So I call again and they tell me they only deliver when they can can't give me a confirm date and time. I would be okay if they had set days for delivery but it changes. I paid for delivery and now my schedule has to meet there's. I wish I read these reviews before I took the time to pick something out and purchase it.
