Dan helped me with a headboard and bench set, while getting Logan to help me purchase a bed. They have a machine that tests what type of matress would be best for you due to the pressure points your body gives off. They were an excellent duo in helping me make my purchases! They went well out of their way and I feel I got a great deal for the product! I can't wait for delivery!! They even stayed open late for us. Great customer service :-)

Words can’t express the experience I encounter today. My intention was to look at the furniture I saw online and I was not disappointed. The picture did not due justice to such a beautiful piece of furniture. But that isn’t the icing on the cake. Valerie (Val) took her time, sat down, and went through all the options available and I didn’t feel pressured. Val and Jon truly helped me with my order. The best way for me to express my customer service with them is to say.......If you are going to Art Van find them! They go out of their way to make the greatest experience and deal for you. I found a sofa that I loved, but the other locations were having difficulty arranging for delivery over the Wisconsin state line. The Rockford store stepped up, and Jonathan made it happen for me. He was even able to arrange for a quick delivery so that I'd have the furniture for the holiday weekend. Mike and Floyd (?) just dropped it off a little while ago - right in the expected time frame, and with a call when they were 10 minutes out. Special thanks to them for managing to get it into the house down a steep and turning entrance route. I'll definitely be heading to the store again next time I'm looking for furniture.
My husband and I had an awesome experience at the Rockford Art Van Store last night. Logan and Valerie were an amazing sales team. They spent 2+ hours taking through the different brands, styles and quality of furniture we were intrigued by. In the end we purchased a living room set and a custom fabric accent chair that I am sure will make our family room the gathering place we wanted. Two thumbs up for Art Van.
I highly recommend Art Van Rockford before you purchase anywhere else. Delivery was on time and they did a terrific job. We will definitely be going back to Art Van when we want to purchase a new mattress.
I tried posting a separate review for the delivery men Floyd and Caleb. I wanted to thank them again for not giving up on trying to get my furniture in my house. The sofa wasn’t able to fit through the front door but they took around back through sunroom and made it happen!!!!!! Great job!!! They were nice professional and had a great sense of humor! You guys made the experience easy!!!!
Just purchased a recliner from Art Van this weekend, last year purchased a living room set and a bookcase and other items and absolutely love them! Quality products and the sales staff is the best; they are very helpful and will bend over backwards to find what suits you.
