Saw an ad for Black Friday with great deals on recliners so I went to check it out. Salesman eager to help. I was passed by a few warehouse employees in the store that smelled of body odor, were poorly dressed, lounging on the floor room furniture and were joking with eachother without any background music to drown it out.. The salesman I dealt with was informative and quick with the process which was nice, as I was next to him I noticed his stained up dress pants, no socks and unpressed shirt. Honestly, the hygiene and dress code is not an issue that I mind and didnt affect my purchase, however in some peoples eyes it may take a toll on how professional the company looks.
Excellent service from start to finish. Nice selection that is reasonably priced, sales staff is looking to help you in any way. The wife and I bought a couch and love seat. There was a table that caught my eye but it was wrong color scheme. One of the sales staff had been to a show recently. She walked away and came back with a table that matched our color scheme with that design. Excellent customer service, probably had a conversation with every associate in the store that day. Finally the delivery, couldn't have had a better set of delivery men. I have a no shoes rule in my house and they were as respectful as anyone could ask for. They wouldn't let me help with the move and they were working with an upstairs, confined space delivery. Would highly recommend that everyone at least give them an opportunity to fulfill your furniture needs, we are glad we did.

My family and I were browsing for a new couch and decided to check prices. We loved a couch on display and right away I fell in love with one. One of the staff members Jasmine was absolutely incredibly helpful and filled my every expectation with what I was looking for in price, color, availability and my nerd for something suitable to have with a toddler. I highly recommend this place. She made it so easy to make the right decision. Thank u Choice Furniture for finding me a great couch for me and my family!!!

It's been an absolute pleasure working with your company. Staff are not only extremely knowledgeable but act very professional and treated me kindly. I will be recommending Choice furniture to family and friends. My home is beautiful now and couldn't have done it without the advice I recieved. Overall impressed with the product, i hope it remains that way. Would recommend company buys uniforms for employees if they cant afford them, employee breakroom, and definitely a *lit* sign for warehouse. Thanks!
This Choice furniture was awesome. Izaiah helped us choose the right dining table for us. There was no pressure, and the customer service was awesome. It was a nice experience from the moment we walked in. The other Choice Furniture on Deane drive was a joke compared to this one!
