About 2 weeks ago today my husband and I came into the Ashley HomeStore in Rockford looking for something for our new location we just moved into. Upon browsing the store a very friendly, very professional man approached us named Trevor. At that time we found just what we were looking for but we told Trevor that we would be back and we did. Trevor was assisting other customers so the store Mgr. Adriana stepped in and between the both of them we have nevered experience two people who are so professional and pleasant. We were so pleased. I'm sure we'll be back at some point in the near future and if and when we do I hope it's Trevor and Adriana. Thanks so much for a great experience.

My salesman, Michael was great! Wasn't pushy and didn't try throwing the most expensive thing at me which I appreciate. Just by listening to me he knew exactly where to steer me and made the experience fast and pain free!

I have now made 2 major (to me) furniture purchases. Family room sectional w/tables & accessories. King bed w/adjustable base. I found that I have never felt pressured in any way. I felt welcomed & that the sales person each time was there to help me make an informed & invested decision. There was no push to add on unnecessary items. I was given a clear picture of all my options. The shopping was a great experience. The delivery process was also a piece of cake. Both times the deliveries were made at the early end of the time window & all of the delivery people were friendly, polite, & professional. I highly recommend Ashley & I love this store.
