I didn't like that they showed up after 5:00 pm when my deliver time was 2-4. Very unprofessional when you are a new customer. I only went there because they had black Friday deals. And I know someone who works there. Otherwise I would have went somewhere else to get a new mattress. Very unprofessional customer service skills.
They harass you till no tomorrow, and they come to your house when your not home and tamper with your cable and internet
Worst decision ever....not to mention their mandatory calling early mornings late nights

I have two items and have been making regular payments. I'm on track to pay nearly 2000 dollars. I could have gotten a lot more furniture paying outright verses renting. You have to be pretty desperate to get stuck up after your same as cash expires
