I was over charged a full day of rental upon my van return. This was on 10/18/16. I have been calling and been told by Chris that his manager is the one who puts thru the refunds. Chris is very nice and remembers me each week when I call about the refund still not posting however has no new information or answers as to why my account has still not been credited, last Tuesday he asked me to start calling the manager directly who has yet to answer when I call. As of today the refund has still not been posted back to my account (they ask you to wait 10 days). There are to many car rental places out there too be worried about over charges. Take your business elsewhere
Should not have to wait for a car to be ready with a reservation. Some staff don't seem to recognise level of priority.
Really good prices and service, as long as it's not the same day or a holiday.
