Found everything I needed and all questions were answered. Very polite and took the time to help me and didn't make me feel they were in a hurry. Very patient and kind.
This location does not have carts that are safe for young children. The only place your child can ride in the cart is in the front of the cart, facing out with no safety straps. I will no longer shop at this location due to their disregard for safety.
Called over 5 different Kohl's stores around me to find a pair of converse and no store had it unfortunately neither did this location. The best part of the experience was that at all the other locations the associate that answered the phone was rude. At this location Joseph(Joey) was very polite and seemed like he actually did look for the shoes unlike the other stores. So thank you Rockford South and thank you Joey!

My fiancé and I went to Kohl's yesterday afternoon to register. A few things, first, they sent us to a kiosk (which was very glitch and stressful to use since it wasn't working well), second, no one had any idea how the registry worked or what to do, third, they seemed confused about any questions we had. Overall we struggled through the process and were very stressed about the lack of knowledge and help we received. I would not recommend this specific Kohl's location due to those factors.
