Robert Esterbrook is a fantastic mechanic. I took my 2011 BMW to him because the BMW dealer wanted to charge me $4200 to replace an entire transfer case. Robert ran the diagnostics, got inside the transfer case, which the BMW dealership did not, and fixed and repaired the motor inside the transfer case for $1200. He knows how to explain the workings of a car better than any mechanic I have ever come across. This guy is a real gem. I'll never take my BMW to anyone else but him.
