Great people very prompt service. Went to get oil changed and they inspected my vehicle and found a faulty shock that is covered on my warranty. Very satisfied.
My breaks overheated on my way to work causing a burnt smell and I had very low pressure from my break pedal. I took it into the shop to have it looked at fearing that my car would need major work done. The staff was incredibly friendly. I waited in the waiting room during their preliminary check. It turned out my emergency break was slightly engaged. The mechanic discovered this, disengaged the e-brake and drove it around to make sure that everything was in order. They were straightforward with the problem and send me on my way after the gauged that the breaks were fine. The whole encounter took less than half an hour. I will definitely be coming back here again for my future mechanic needs.

My Chevy Cruze was constantly jerking forward and back whenever I was in idle. It could have been a bunch of different things according to the check engine readings and advice from people, but Marks techs knew right away the problem with the valve cover and fixed it within the hour. It has been running beautifully ever since. This is the first shop that makes me feel like I'm in good hands 100% and I will trust them with all my work from now on!
They stayed open a little late to help me replace a flat. It was relatively inexpensive and an all-around excellent experience.
