Incredibly slow, I had a very simple order and they got it wrong and the potato was cold, not even when I got home, but when I checked it in the bag at the drive thru. Sad part is I was the only customer there. Fries and a backed potato, did not think that would be so difficult.
I asked for my food to be fresh, it may take a few minutes but it's so good and hot.
I work here and I do apologise for all undesirable customer service employees that gave a bad output. We try our hardest not to show our emotions. I am a cashier and most of my frustrations come from not even the person at the window it's one either myself for not catching my mistakes for your order or from the other customer at the drive thru mic ordering (rudely in our ear). Most customers don't get that we don't come in with a bad attitude. We have to deal with whatever attitude is give from all customers without back lash and a smile. This is what we signed up for,but honestly all we ask is if you just have a little patience when you come through our drive thru. We value each and every customer. We try to make sure that all customers leave with a hot meal and a smile. Again I do apologise for all mistakes made by my crew.
