Place is always pretty clean. Employees aren’t very friendly. Several machines are always broken. But the ones that do work are great!!
Machines dont work well, staff worker was staring at me and the family constantly I beleive due to being Puerto Rican! Theres a confederate flag across the street so beware. Place was creepy and old... Expensive tooo dryers aint free and dont heat well. I will never go back!
I've been going to this laundromat every other weekend for 4 years I got off work yesterday went and picked up my baby from daycare we're in room warmed up some food loaded laundry and went to the laundromat we seem to have extra laundry than normal but that's okay we got I got everything carried in and got the baby situated .. I used two Big washers got everything loaded ...thank God the attendant came over and apologized said she was helping somebody else and didn't have time to put out of order signs and the Machines.. I was a little annoyed that I did have to take everything out of the washers and load everything into smaller more expensive washers.. but I understand not her fault. well when I went to find two other washers 75% of them were out of order or the coin slots were full and the other 25% were used by other patrons. So it endes up costing me more money because I had to use small washers and I explained to the attendant my daughter's birthday is 3 days before Christmas and I was just trying to save every dollar I can considering next month is a big month for us I asked her if they had a corporate number that I could call because this is unacceptable and she said no that it's not a corporate place that it's one owner and he would be there to talk to me.. 2 hours later I see a guy come in and he's emptying out the coin slots I hear her point at me and still.. Nobody comes to talk to me for me to express my concerns. I get everything loaded into the car and the owner is yet to come talk to me so I go over there and the attendant says oh I talked to him for you he's going to come talk to you okay so we wait about another 20 minutes and finally I go over and I say you know what this is very unprofessional I'm just not going to bring my business here anymore thank the attendant and go to leave the owner follows me out and tells me that he works two jobs shithappens machines break it's not his fault he has no control over it and there was other machines for me to use so I explained to him that know that's the point there was no other machines to use he then tells me that I sound like I'm having a bad day and I came there to take it out on him no at this point I see that he does not care about his customers so instead of arguing with him any longer and wasting any more time with a two year old that wants to get home and of course myself I tell him you know what I'm not going to argue with you I'm just not going to bring my business here anymore you have a wonderful day the owner proceeds to walk away from me and say f*** you.. I couldn't believe it therefore I will be spreading the word because I'm disgusted by this and anybody that can treat their customers this way does not deserve to own a business nor make money off of us and I will be making sure everybody in this town knows how we were treated. I am disgusted to think about how much money I put in this man's pocket over the last 4 years I would not recommend this place to anybody
Enough machines to ensure availability, quick maintenance when equipment malfunctions, clean, friendly helpful staff, prices competitive, good huebsh (sp?)dryers. Love their long hours of operation.
Clean. Took me just under 2 hours to do a weeks worth of laundry for 3 people!! Only issue was there were several washers/dryers that didn’t work/out of order. Patrons were way more friendly than the staff the day I was there. The snack machines are decent. Prices are more than I expected.
I haven’t been to a laundromat in several years, & we just moved to the state, so I did a lot of research. Content with the results. I left with clean, dry clothes. Will be returning.
