never had a problem here. My clothes are always cleaned well, and on time.
E. Riverside location is very friendly and know my whole family by name. Always quick turn around and great job with our clothes every week. Came here after bad experience with other dry cleaner and have been happy with our change. Highly Recommend!

I thought I could entrust my prescious skirt to this chain cleaner, but obviously I made a big mistake. My skirt came totally faded after being dry cleaned. I took the skirt back and asked for an explanation and compensation, I was told that the skirt was too old and the color could not have been faded. In other words, the manager is saying I lied about the damage and he refused to compensate for damaging my skirt. There were other problems I encountered just paying this first visit to this cleaner (e.g. the tailor did a pretty bad job on my other dress). This is my worst experience with a cleaner. I am new to this area, and I never have any problem with any cleaners before I moved here. I will never come back to Concord Custom Cleaners.
