Excellent care. Whether aides, techs, nurses, they all were attentive and caring. Even the food was good. Some growing pains from expansion. But that's a good thing.
If it wasn't for this hospital and the Doctors at Rockford Cardiology my husband would be dead! They have done an amazing job keeping him alive!! The new addition is being built now and the cardiac floor should be open next spring! Thank you to all the nurses and Doctors who work so hard at keeping their patients as comfortable as they can! Delivered my baby boy here a few days ago. I had a great experience and plan on having my future children here. My doctor is amazing and did a great job delivering my baby. All the nurses were very caring and attended to my every need. A+ so happy and thankful with my labor and delivery.
I had spinal surgery at this hospital 2 weeks ago. The nursing staff, including the CNA's, were amazing. They went above and beyond when it came to pain control and making sure I had the things I needed. I must say I was completely taken back by the food. Certainly didn't taste like typical hospital food. Loved that I could order my meals when I wanted them and not on a schedule. This would have been a 5 star review but for the fact that the room was very cramped. But, they are building a new wing that will take care of this problem. Good job to the staff.
I have had many procedures and tests done at OSF St Anthony's and have always felt safe and satisfied with the performance of the Physicians, Nurses and Techs'. The facility is always clean, well staffed and well equipped. I will continue to use OSF Healthcare Facilities exclusively while I live in Rockford Illinois. I give them an A++.
