The product was great! I made a special request to have it delivered after a specific time and they followed through with that. They only reason I didn't rate it a 5 star was because the card did not say what I typed in the order. They also spent my daughters name wrong. Other then that great!
The spray and floral arrangement was exactly what we ordered. Flowers were simply beautiful and the perfect color. Would definitely order from them again.
I expected a better customer experience with Terra Bella based on the positive reviews I read on yelp, google, and facebook. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day and they claimed that the business they were asked to deliver to was closed, even though it had been open since 9am and they were trying to deliver it at 10am. They also forgot to deliver the balloon that I had ordered (overpriced at $7). The flowers that I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the photo online (it was a very ugly arrangement). When I called to complain about my experience, I was on hold for 10 minutes before the business owner agreed to refund me $10...which is just the balloon they never delivered and the tax. I would recommend looking for another business when ordering flowers.
Wanted to congratulate family in Winnebago as they brought home their new baby today. Terra Bella has a easy to use website. Timely delivery, same day. Would love it if florist would take a photo of actual arrangement delivered.. don't like to ask recipient to send a photo and always curious to know what actually went out. Would definitely use Terra Bella again.
