I have ordered 2 small bouquets from them to give my daughters after their dance recitals. Both were the perfect size for a small child. I left the flower choice up to them, and what I received was beautiful and definitely more than I paid for (compared to uncut, unwrapped grocery store flowers).

For those that wrote bad reviews from unfortunate experiences, this is not a business with 100 employees. They can't just drop everything and lock the doors to come fix things. Mistakes happen. Give them another chance.
Two years ago, I went in the shop to order and the woman at the counter was helpful and kind. This time I called the day before I needed them, and (assuming it was the same person) she was very helpful yet again. I love that this shop is just down the street.

Called them to ask if they sold peony in bulk. Before She even replied If they did or not she said "I'm not even sure you even want that flower, it's finicky" okay?? Clearly I do because I'm asking for the them!! The thing that irritated me the most was she told me the month of the June isn't their season. I'm not a florist and I even know that that IS the season for them. Clearly shows the knowledge that they have in flowers. The whole thing wasn't fun. Will never take my business there.
