Have received a couple different types of bouquets over the years from Broadway Florist and they never disappoint. They were so unbelievably beautiful! Thank you.

Their flowers are beautiful, but the customer service is lacking. I recently ordered almost $300.00 worth of flowers (5 arrangements), with 4 to be sent to 1 location and one to be sent to another location. They charged me a double delivery fee ($20.00) for the 4 going to one location. When I called to inquire, I was told that the flowers were large arrangements so the driver had to make 2 trips from the parking lot up to my office. It was my impression when I was at the store ordering the flowers that I would be charged one delivery fee for the one location. I specifically stated that it was my understanding I would pay one delivery fee of $10.00 for the 4 arrangements going to one location, and I was told by the cashier she was adjusting the information in the computer. I found out that adjustment was to a delivery fee to my office of $20.00 instead of $10.00 when my bill on my account arrived in the mail today. Of course I understood there would be a separate delivery fee for the one arrangement going to another location. Their position makes no business sense. I spend more money and order larger arrangements, and then am penalized by an added delivery charge. I do not appreciate being misled. It is not a matter of the $10.00, but rather the principal of the matter. I sure hope the owners of Broadway Florist feel that earning that extra $10.00 was worth having a long-time customer lose faith in the business.
