I am a regular customer. I walk in and and have been asked if i need help looking for anything they have helped me find the right size i need. Just want to say thanks and I love the 10 for 35 sale yesterday.
On July 27th at 10:05 am. I needed to return a few items from online shopping. I was impressed by the ideal represtative for the store and how helpful she was. I will now not only do my shopping online I will shop in the store also. The service was impeccable!
I prefer shopping online because they have a larger selection and it seems like better prices. Also you don't have to deal with the mess of people.
So I have a Victoria secret credit card. And I was sent 2 or 3 things in the mail saying because I was a Forever angel I got a free bag and something else. And I had till the 31st to get it by. Said nothing about a limited amount. So I go in there on the 24th a few days after it started and they said they were out. Really???? So I message the online chat. They were like it was a limited amount. It's like don't you know how many credit cards you have on file to let each have one. Needless to say I was not happy. Why even advertise it. Next time the flyer NEEDS TO SAY LIMITED Quantity on the flyer.
Very poor customer service. I asked someone in management a question in regards to a sale, and not only did she avoid the question, she told me she was helping another customer and to look in the store. I've worked in retail, and I understand it can be hard to help more than one customer at a time. What should not happen, is giving a snoddy response with an attitude to a customer that often spends quite a bit of money in your store. I'd rather go to a different VS and be treated with respect or shop online.
You go in and are greeted and asked if you need help but that's about the extent of customer service. You will 15 minutes in line and all registers will be open , I guess their system must be slow. The employees at the register are 50/50 half nice and half rude.
