Aug. 15, walked into store. front & center a display inside front door. my daughter liked a mustard colored shirt. couldn't find it in the store. not a shirt similar color nor style. the manager said we couldn't buy it even 'tho it was $6 tagged. she said it was her back to school display so we can't buy the shirt! no wonder more people shop online vs. store. very poor service.
Basically I am out $100 of stuff that I purchased because of the way their checkout process/website works....
Be careful with their website when placing an order. I was looking for cheap gifts for a grab gift thing. I order $100 worth of products online. Started the check out process as a guest, because I didn't feel like making an account online, because I never shop here and haven't shopped here for years. I put in my delivery address and shipping address, etc. When I went to finish up it said that my email address already existed. So sometime I must have purchased something online years ago. So I always use the same password and was able to figure out my login.
It is now day two and nobody has called me just like I thought was going to happen...
So I finished my purchase and waited for the products to come in the mail. It had been a while and I still haven't received the package. I went into my email and it said that the package had been delivered. What?! I never received it. So I looked at the email closer and it was delivered to an address that I haven't lived at for 3 years. So even though I put in my current shipping address when I was logging in as a temp it defaulted to whatever was on file when it made me login to use my current email address! Clearly this wasn't obvious or I would have caught it.
EDIT: So Sunday Nov. 5th night I returned something, and the money put back on my bank card...but this worker was rude. I walk up n said I have a return. She apparently said put your email in. I didn't hear her cuz she had an attitude and was talking under her breath. So I said what? Then she quickly said put your email in. First of all don't tell me what to do. So I said no. She had her hair pulled back with this big fluffy gray thing on her head. She's got to go.
Horrible customer services. Cheap products.
So I called Forever21 to talk them through it and see what I would be able to do, etc. They wouldn't help me at all. Since the package had been delivered they are not held reliable for anything. I confirmed with her that I am basically out $100 and she said "yes" I understand this is a crappy situation and I guess it is my fault for not seeing that somehow the address got changed, but there was very little customer service at all. Very rude, rough english, lack of help. I asked if there was a Manager or Supervisor I could talk to and she said yes, put me on hold for a second and then came back saying they are busy and what is my number for them to call me back. I questioned her on this and said I can wait and she said that isn't an option. I said "is somebody going to please call me?" and she said yes somebody will call me today.
I like this store because everything fits me, and I can't find stores that cater to my size anymore where everything fits. Yes there are a lot of crop tops, just dont buy them if you dont like them, as in my case. But it never fails i will come out buying many things from here. Anyways the workers arnt rude, they just don't talk, and I actually love that. Thank you for staying out of my way and letting me shop peacefully instead of asking if I need help finding something, because trust me I will let you know. They also have a fitting room, but no public bathroom so pee somewhere else.
ATTN: I would not recommend this place to any shoppers in the Rockford area. The staff and management is beyond rude and it seems as if no one knows what they are doing. Customer service seems to be the last thing on the employees minds. The employees seem miserable I could be mistaken but I'm pretty sure I'm right. I would recommend any other establishment in Rockford to shop at but this store.
Bad customer service; one of the workers[female] is so rude. At first My friend and I were going buy some items but instead we walked out without buying anything from there. Never seen such a rude worker/customer service in my life.
