literally was cheated of 100 dollars. went to Rockford, IL store to get jeans, liked 2 pairs but not right size. she orders the pants paid the money. next week came in found 1 pant fits fine other again wrong size. was told to take one pant and they will again order the size. I picked 2 more pants and again not right size. was told they will order it and I paid for the other 2 pants. s now I have paid for 4 pants and take home only 1. came back again next week, my pants from 1 purchase fits fine but didn't like the second purchase to decided not to but them. now they not giving back 100 dollars because according to their software its exchange and not return. their excuse the sales person during my second visit didn't put in correctly so they don't se that I bought it. they have the receipts in their hands but refuse since its not in computer. Bunch of cheaters.... will never ever do business with them and will discourage anyone that I know. I will put my grievances in Facebook and twitter. encourage anyone who feel they had poor experience for one reason or other to do that.....
Never had an issue until my daughter got married...tux pants were 4-6 inches too short the shirt wouldn't even button. I, the mother, walked my daughter down! Needless to say we rented a tux that was over priced and never wore it! The manager was very rude...so if you work 2nd shift and long hours don't go here! The staff does not know how to measure you up! Wish I would've read the reviews prior! Rockford IL-----negative stars!
Ridiculous late fee policy and rude employees to boot. I’m proud to say I won’t be wasting another dime at this sorry excuse for a business again.

The service at this establishment is awesome. I have been highly impressed every time I go there. I am economical, so I only go when they have a great discount. They have really great prices when you catch a great deal. I have been taking my high school son there to get dress clothes because I have been able to get great deals there. He is 6'3" and 160lbs, so finding clothes that fit him is a challenge at traditional department stores.
