They don’t have any shoes offered online in the store. Employee didn’t know the names of shoes, didn’t know prices, he was not very helpful at all. I had to approach the front counter to ask if they had 3 pairs of shoes that we found online.
Showed up multiple times during posted hours to find the store still closed. I think the employees must get to choose what time they open. It's a shame because I love their shoes but I'll go across the street and buy the same ones are kohls when they decide not to open.
Rude manager. I asked to see if they had a big size shoe, and was annoyed that she had to help me. Thanks for nothing....
Very tidy and organized. Staff seemed friendly, but more interested in their tasks than helping. It IS an outlet store and right before Black Friday...
This store is a joke at best.
Better off just ordering online and skipping this pathetic store.
