This place is horrible with customer service! There were five guys in there just standing around. Found my shoes right away waited 10 mins for someone to even see that I found something. And the store was not busy at all!
My experience with this store always been great, they are very knowledgeable when it comes to sneakers especially retros. when I'm in the store I always talk to a guy name Trey, he's very excellent with customer service and really think he should be a manager or assistant manager. I love that guys energy and he always seems to love his job. I like how he cracks jokes , he's a real funny guy. Every person that works there is real cool especially the big funny guy I think his name is DK. Casey the store manager is really helpful and knowledgeable as well, I came in looking for a retro and they didn't have it in stock but Casey looked the retro up for me and they said they had it in stock. Casey ordered the shoe for me and my shoes came within 3 business days. I love the people that work there. Keep up the good work guys
It was very lit they helped and they do at every location only downside they don't always have every retro or colorway then u can just order it off their website faxxxxx
