Gribble real estate services just took over management of the property I reside at and I go downstairs to the basement area because I here my personal storage door open up and I go down and Adam gribble who I never met before had entered my personal storage area and was looking around.i received no phone call or any kind of notice.there was no emergency.it was nice of him to enter my personal storage space without my permission and any notice.i got the feeling if he would have had the keys to my apartment he would have just let himself in.pretty creepy.and I'm not sure it was legal.
Adam Gribble is a condescending turd. I was looking to purchase a home and would have consider Gribble as a buyer's agent, but this guy's haughty nature turned me off.
Applied for a condo through Gribble Real Estate, i didn't end up getting because a more qualified candidate meet the standards but i really appreciated that Adam was willing to talk with me and answer all my questions. Very friendly and pleasant staff! It all worked out I got a place almost identical with a better backyard with a different management company.
The above comment was obviously written by one of our disgruntled tenants, who by our direction to Adam, was served a notice to vacate. We have always found Adam Gribble to be extremely professional, courteous and prompt. We highly recommend Adam as a real estate/property manager for any future needs you may have.
