I ordered for the first time tonight. This store is new and just opened a week ago. I placed the order online and waited 15 mins to pick up my large 2 topping Pizza, cheese bread, and movie (only $15!). When I arrived, they informed me there was a glitch with their system and my order was sent to a different store. I was a little disappointed at first, but the staff handled it very well. They offered to call the other store and reverse my charges on my card and to give me the order for free. I had to wait an extra 15 mins at the store, but it was a mistake out of their control. The food was excellent too. It's not about the mistakes that are made, it's about what you do to fix them. Thank you for the great service and food!
Good food, but terrible business eithics. Their delivery area is very small. I have had them deliver to me a few times because I am on the border of their delivery area. Today the lady I spoke to on the phone absolutely refused to allow me to order because it is considered a "unsafe area". It didn't phase her that they have delivered to me multiple times before. Using google maps I am literally 5 minutes away. I prefer delivery, so I guess I will take my business elsewhere.
I have got to say I am extremely satisfied with Marcos tonight was out first time having it. Customer service from a employee named Trevor was a very pleasant experience. The timing on delivery was amazingly fast. The pizza was superb I found my new pizza place this up to Marcos!! Absolutely impressed
**EDIT: They made an exception for me and started delivering. Still disappointed that I got attitude the first time I called, but giving 5 stars because the pizza is soooo good and they were cool enough to start delivering to me. **
The pizza I got was overly priced for what is was. It looked like it was a frozen pizza from the freezer section and had a flat flavor. Over $10 for a 1 topping small pizza which is ridiculous. This place is too corporate. When local establishments make better pizza and cost less I would have expected better from a chain. Oh well, will not be eating here again unless they have a good deal or lower there prices overall.
