PLEASE READ!!! RESEARCH IT AND GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE!!! I hoped I would never be writing a review like this, I'm not that kind of person. I am so disappointed in the Rosecrance Rockford Facility and its management personal. My son was in for addiction. He was in the Rockford facilty for 38 days. When we had questions, we always had phone calls returned back. Unfortunately once he returned home, he relapsed after a couple weeks. I notified his counselor immediately when I first suspected this and I was told he would follow up with my son and then get back to me. I never heard anything back. My son totally relapsed, it was obvious. I tried contacting his counselor again begging for a phone call back on 2 different days. I was asking for guidance on this situation and how to handle it. This is new ground for us, we needed help. He never called back. After the smoke cleared, my son decided to go back to rehab but he wanted to go back to the Rockford. I contacted Rosecrance and asked for the facility manager. I was told that he was gone for the day but would I mind speaking to the assistant mgrs voice mail, she was gone as well. I was reassured how loyal and responsible this person was and I would definitely get a phone call back the following day. this lady tells you this herself in her voice message. It's been 2 weeks and no one ever called. I know addiction is a tough thing and has a high relapse rate but ITS OBVIOUS AS LONG AS INSURANCE IS PAYING THE RIDICULOUS FEES THEY CHARGE, YOU'LL GET PLENTY OF SUPPORT. ONCE THE $$$ ARE DONE, BEWARE, YOUR ON YOUR OWN. IMO, THIS PLACE IS A HIGH DOLLAR BUSINESS AND THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES AFTER THEY LEAVE.
