The person Joy messed up my color, it was a refoil and she had pictures and the blonde colors it turned out very dark with my dark roots still showing, then she tried to fix it, it was horrific, the blonde had orange in it by now it was 900pm. I left almost in tears went to Walgreens and bought boxed hair color, I could not go to work looking like that. In all fairness I noticed other stylist there doing awesome work, but not mine..Do not use Joy for color..
It's okay Regis, I'll play your game. Being one of the most well known people in the stateline area, I'll be sure to let EVERYONE know of how awful my service was at your salon.
Every time I have gone in I work with Jackie and she is AMAZING!!! Never scissor happy and has no problem giving her opinion when asked and is truthful. Amongst all the changes with hair trends and styles, great stylist are hard to find and Jackie is one of the greats.
DO NOT go here for a man's cut. These people do not know how to cut a man's hair. I had to go to another stylist to correct my hair cut (Great Clips on Riverside, they're great). I filed a dispute with my credit card company and this merchant is fighting the $30 charge.
I went there and had breonna. She was so sweet and showed her what I wanted. We picked out the colors and everything was going great. While she was coloring my hair she flipped my hair in my face and the chemicals got in my eye and hurt so bad. She then was doing the super dark all over color and the dark brown dye was all over my face. She took off some but I woke up this morning and I look like an idiot with brown dye all over my forehead and on my cheeks. I had blonde highlights put in but not very well. There is about and inch of dark then the blonde. So that looks pretty stupid. I payed $145 for this and spent 2 hours there and I could have had it done someone else for cheaper. I won't be back. Not to mention it doesn't look like what I wanted at all
Not run well anymore..don't give you a gown to change..splash bleach all over ..color wrong..hair cut terrible..such a shame...
