One suggestion: A pamphlet be created that describes how to care for the products installed. We got verbal instructions as the remodeling took place, but it would be nice to have it all printed in a single reference source.
New Leaf was thorough, conscientious and meticulous. They (John & Mike of New Leaf, subcontractors) treated us with respect, did not patronize us, and have been trustworthy in the time that has passed since the completion of the job.
If there is one point to bring attention to, it is the ordering of granite. We had picked out our granite a few weeks before it was installed. After the fact it becomes obvious - the granite CANNOT be cut until the cabinets are in and PRECISE measurements taken - then there is a bit of a wait. Soooo, don't expect granite to be installed the next day.

It has been a little more than a year ago (Jan./Feb. 2015) that we had New Leaf remodel two of our bathrooms. And we STILL couldn't be more pleased! From the first meeting with John to the final cleaning, New Leaf had all contractors in line to do their jobs seamlessly. (Actually, if there was waiting it was for the City of Rockford inspectors to stop by.) We were very pleased with the LOCAL businesses New Leaf used and the choices they provided for floorings, cabinets, countertop materials, fixtures, and shower designs. We had ideas of how we wanted the bathrooms remodeled, but it was Derek & Jason of Winnebago Tile, Inc. that really provided lots of ideas and suggestions that fit our particular bathrooms - that was greatly appreciated.
