Very rude customer service. Does not return phone calls
The clinic is awful in so many ways. The answering service is hopeless. The drivers are great and most of the nurses are good, but the medical providers are hopeless. They're an appointment mill that's primary goal is to have as many appointments as possible regardless of whether or not they're needed. A nurse tried to hold test results hostage. When that didn't work, she lied about the results in an attempt to get me to come back. That was after waking me at 9 AM after I told the office not to call me before noon.
these people sent my wife home crying three times in a row. refused to admitthat nurse nora roborts screwed up and gave her wrong script.!!!!! dir.james mcllroy& admin leanne brennan both lied & covered up for her!!!these people are the worst kindof people. no concience or compassion!!!! the doctor rex sent her home with blood clots in leg,witch moved to lung that sameday.almost killing her.she is in ccu as i typ this. i can only pray that the same happs to them. please!!!dont send your loved ones to that clinic.. i know there bosses love lossing50.000 & ln revinewe...these idiots need to go back chicago!!!! we dont want you here in rockfordworst expereince ive ever had.comlpletylncompedent!!!!screwed everything thup.BEWARE!!!!!! ismell liers s.s.i. fraud
They took my aunt off a depression medicine without weening her off of it! That is dangerous! Horrible doctors and horrible customer service! It deserves a 0!
Don't go here if you want you're medicine when you need it! They have lost my Blood Work yet once again! Please BEWARE
