I used my card here, and the total visbily said $3.31. I looked at my bank statements and said i was charged $15 here. This place is a scam. I agree with everyone else. NEVER go here

Avoid this car wash! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I am visiting from out of town. Took my mother's car to get it washed. Paid 7 bucks for the "Amazing wash" with dryer. Dryer lasted 20 seconds. Called man. He told me it was my fault cause I backed up and it turned off dryer. He proceeded to compare his car wash to a stop light and that I was at fault and when I reminded him that his car wash is not a stop light, he hung up on me. I called back and I said, "can you just give me a free dry?" He said he couldn't and I tried to speak and he told me that if I talked over him again that he would come down "AND BEAT THE SNOT OUT OF ME."

I wish I could give his place zero stars. Long story short, customer service is AWFUL. If you have any problems. I wasn't even trying to be difficult I was just thorough in my explanation so it may have been long My card got charged an extra $10...I sent a picture of my statement and the pending transaction and explained everything and i was maybe asking for a refund or maybe something towards another wash and the owner or whoever responded back got super defensive and will literally just tell you to eff off. I get it ...you can't please every customer who complains, but come on. They're. Or even reasonable. On top of that, the automatic $7 wash sucks and doesn't even clean or dry it well that I had to go back to self wash and spend more money. Here is his response to my email...

"Wow...because you fail to understand how a Bank Card operates, YOU choose to fault others for your lack of knowledge.

At least I pray that you will feel ashamed of your actions, if you refuse, or are too proud, to retract your comments...

I have already received $7.00 and $4.01 from Your Bank. Not $15 or $25 as you claim. I wonder how that happened... I also am betting your 'charges' are 'Pending'.I wonder what that means?

The person you spoke with at your bank, after normal banking hours, is like dealing with a flight attendant about aerodynamics...

It's not even about the petty extra $10 I was charged anymore. I have just never encountered such a RUDE business owner.

Fairly priced timer system for self wash or an automatic option

I know I'm only one customer that will never go back there and the wash can be convenient for some , but if they're going to treat customers like they're nothing and always be so cocky with everyone...why would you want to support them???

You were charged accordingly for services you purchased. Why is it my fault you don't understand that?

Another update belittling my old professions when I said " when I was a flight attendant and traveled, they never put a hold on my card" like he kept suggesting. Why are you a business owner if you can't handle simple customer situations??

If you truly understood banking, we would not be having this conversation.

Last time I checked, you didn't need a college degree to be stewardess. Or does that make you feel superior?

Customers come here all the time and know how their Cards' work....

Update email they sent me after I said my bank said those charges were from their car wash.

That guy has my 7 bucks, shorted me on a dry and THREATENED ME. I paid with credit card! Going to ask for refund. And NEVER GOING BACK. Will tell stroy to all on social media, family and friends.
