Slow service using the kiosk. 2nd time waited over 20 min for a begal rediculous
We used Panera Catering for a birthday party. It was wonderful! They delivered promptly, and we had plenty of food. The delivery person was courteous and helped us set up the food for the party. Everyone at the party loved it, and we recommended to several of our guests to use it. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because we ordered a box of vegan sandwiches on whole wheat bread. We got six sandwiches with feta cheese that we had to scrape off, and they were not made on whole wheat bread. However, all of the positives definitely outweighed the bad!
Very pleasant, helpful managers and employees does not excuse the fact that every order for our office is missing items. We stopped calling because it happens every time. Obviously, we keep going here and the food is delicious, but it's so aggravating. The person checking the orders needs to do a WAY better job.
One of the nicer Paneras I've been to. As always, lovely contemporary atmosphere, good food (if a little salty) and drinks, definetly on the more expensive side in terms of quick sit-down restaurants.
