Excellent Veterinary service very compassionate and caring toward the animals and toward their human owners will love it
Since I was 3 my parents and I have taken our pets to AMC. We've been through New adoptions, old age, cancer, allergies, diabetes, Lyme disease and dental checkups with AMC. Dr. Mary most recently has saved my 7yr. Old Golden from skin cancer. He healed fast and is back to playing with my 3 yr old American bully/pointer mix. My 12 yr old Hymalyan has ran into dental issues and blood sugar issues. Both have been almost completely corrected and he plays like a kitten again. I can go on and on, but I can't imagine having any other Animal clinic care for my furbabies!
The staff is great and so are most of the doctors. My cat loves them.
If I could put 0 stars I would. I went here because I adopted my puppy from PetLand and was told I had to take her to 3 certain places that they told me and this one is closest to my house. I take her in and staff was very snotty and rude. I don't remember the doctor's name, but she was very rude as well. Seems like that's just the ethic around there. Even though I was not pleased at all with my visit, I called back to try to see how much it would be to get my puppy spayed. The receptionist told me that she had no idea because she doesn't do that, and the doctor was not available at the time. I asked when she would be and she said she has no idea. I left her my name and number and was told that she would get back to me ASAP. A week goes by and I didn't hear a word. So I called back and was once again told I need to talk to the doctor that they don't know the price at the desk. So I waited and waited for a call. 3 weeks later I got tired of waiting and I went else where-much happier there. I would think receptionists would be friendly people and would know prices of what they offer. Don't go here.
I like the drs, i like the area, but the girl at the desk is rude and uncaring....
