Great friendly staff. We just got two new rescue puppies and everyone there was more than happy to help us. The girl working on the sales floor gave our puppies treats and showed us everything we needed to get started. We also visited the grooming salon to get our puppies baths and the girls in there were very sweet and took great care of our new pups. We will defiantly be back!
Just adopted our new puppy 2 weeks ago and the first place we took her was Petco! The staff is super friendly & they do a good job making sure our pup gets everything she needs to get comfy in her new home. This location specifically has always been super nice when we visit and the staff is very curteous, they even ask permission before handing out a treat to our Luna girl, very understanding and so far every recommendation/training tip they've made has been a hit for our pup! They really know their job and the grooming service is good too, very affordable and friendly. I would definitely recommend a friend to check this location out. :)
For the last 10 months we have visited the store on a monthly basis. Mind you never was a cheap visit but the pup left happy. We always seen the same 2 friendly ladies working. They would give very helpful tips in training the new puppy. Today's visit didn't go as well. Store was a little busy and they had a private class too. Remington was a little excited in smelling all the animals sense we walked the whole store. Why cause dogs are welcomed and I wanted to make him listen and use his manners that I know he has! He's taking in all the new smells... food, the other lucky dog like him that get to go shopping, people and the other little creatures that you sell. Yes as we walked past the ferrets he got spooked and barked. I corrected him. Mined you the private class is on the other side of the toys. Remington is sniffing the shelfs and pulling excited over toys. Yes I would repeat myself to sit and listen to me. He did being a good boy. After picking not 1 TOY but 3 toys we headed to check out. Where there was a line of 4 people. I stayed back and not to rush the line. Why for respect and cause I knew he was excited and would jump for love. So I stayed back and asked him to sit yes he still was a little excited and I did have to repeat myself to sit. Still he was being a good boy. Then the worker that was doing the private class had a very deep voice. Must of not liked me repeating myself to have Remington sit. He leaned over the little privacy screens and said I'm going to have to ask you to leave. The mans voice like I said was deep but he was saying it in a mean tone that set Remington off he barked. I then went to correct him in lettering him know his behavior was not acceptable. Then the worker approached us in a mean tone asking us to leave again. Remington's bark got meaner every time the worker would talk. I have never heard or seen my dog act like this. I just wanted to correct him and make him feel safe and we were ok and I would of left. Then again the worker got closer once again in the deep mean tone asked me to leave. I tryed to tell him I wanted him to settle down it wasn't safe to take him out like that. Remington was trying to back away from the worker but I wanted Remington to stay close to me. Then the worker wanted to point out that Remington had tinkled on the floor. Like it was the worse thing that could of happened. I then just gave up cause the worker was making things worse by rushing us and not giving a little space. I left and made Remington set outside the doors he was himself relaxed and listening. This visit opened my eye that you don't need my business.

Their prices are high here. I only come here to visit the kitties in the back room up for adoption through PAWS. They have cats and kittens for adoption. I like the atmosphere of the store, and the fish tanks are really clean. A long time ago we bought a gecko from here and he was healthy and awesome.
