At first, everyone was concerned I was in labor and whatnot even though I knew I was not, but it's fine to check just to be sure. After no labor was found and it was just a "normal" bronchitis thing, no one seemed to care much about the ailment.

Saw the PA, Jordan Vold, who was extremely short with me and would not give me time to answer any questions. Being short of breath to begin with and disoriented from lack of sleep for a week, I was a little slower at answering and thinking than he apparently wanted because he kept pushing me for answers and rushing me. I also had my 3 year old son there who was causing chaos and being difficult at the time, so I was trying to keep an eye on him as well. I felt like the PA was treating me like I was stupid because I wasn't answering questions to his liking, and just because I was disoriented and frustrated does not mean that I am an idiot. The situation was so upsetting I started crying. I felt extremely humiliated and not cared for at this visit.

Love my nurse practitioner! Mgmt sensitive to and responsive when addressing a problem I had with message transmission. All in all I think they are committed to this community and a high quality of care, they deserve a lot of credit!

Takes a lil while to get appt but alright service. Need to answer phones better. I've waited more than ten to fifteen minutes before I would get them to answer. Sometimes just gotta keep callin. I think that's wrong

And to top it all off, the woman from Women's Health that came to speak with me did nothing to make me feel better about bronchitis and the possible effects on my baby. Told me to take Tylenol for the excruciating pain I was in from my abdomen. And scolded me for missing my last two appointments with Women's Health and my OB. I repeatedly tried to call and reach someone at the clinic to reschedule these appointments, but it is so hard to get someone on the phone at this facility. Having already taken many days off of work for various other issues, I told her I can't just call off work anymore, especially since my boss was already talking to me about "disciplinary actions" for taking a couple days off to deal with this miserable bronchitis situation. Anyway, all scheduling and whatnot was taken care of and I proceeded to leave the clinic.

When the breathing treatment was complete, the PA came back in and saw that I was still crying. He started saying that something else must be going on, like in my home life, that was making me this upset. Umm...no...I hadn't been able to breathe or sleep for a week, was in constant pain, was worried I was never going to feel any better, and was treated like an over-reactive, hormonal idiot while I was there. Of course I was going to be upset!

My Dr is awesome including dentist and the service

Long story short, I will NEVER be coming back to this walk-in again unless it is my last resort. I have never felt so humiliated and uncared for in any of my medical visits before this incident.

The PA left, stating he was going to have them do a breathing treatment and contact Women's Health for any other issues I was having. The nurse who came in shortly afterwards was extremely warm and compassionate, saw me crying and was asking me what was wrong and helped get my son to settle down and color so I could complete the breathing treatment.

Compleat morons they need to practice medicine better than what they have incorrectly diagnosed me any many others

At least the treatment we agreed upon seems to be working. Although while the PA was explaining the dosages and medicine instructions to me, he kept telling me I need to focus even though I was listening to him.

Went to the walk-in for the first time at this facility. Before, all experiences were for prenatal checkups and well-child visits so I had no problem with the facility. Checked in and was seen quickly, no issue there. I began talking with the nurse and explained I had been diagnosed with bronchitis at the ER several days earlier, but symptoms were not improving and were, in fact, getting worse and worse. I am 34 weeks pregnant, so I was really concerned due to the forcefulness of the coughing and not being able to breathe well, as well as not being able to sleep. I was also extremely miserable and had, but this time, been sick for almost a week already. My abdominal muscles were so tight, it felt like I was getting stabbed every time I coughed or sneezed.
