Everyone is always very nice and accommodating.Pizza place is awesome!However today I experienced the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!. A girl name "Krista or Crystal" did not want to really give me her name absolutely RUDE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Took almost 10 minutes to check me out. It's sad to see this when I myself am in the CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY . I can promise this service would not ever be provided at my employer. When I asked to speak to the manager she instantly passed the phone to her coworker. MY SUGGESTION INVEST IN A PROBLEM HANDLING TRAINING. Good luck management team.
Mostly good. The line goes quick and it is inexpensive and clean. Some of the employees has been rude.
Always have what I want. Service great, employees will do the walking for me if my knees are hurting too much. Reaches out if I haven't been there in a while. $$ incentive deals, good bargain. Marcos Pizza tasty (they are nx door ) and they team for customer incentives. And they polish my cd's and dvd's for reasonable $.
First time i went to rent a movie, i asked for blu ray and they gave me a 4k movie which you can't play it on the bluray so I took it back and told them what happened and they switched it for a regular bluray, when I got home I realized that they forgot to take the anti-theft pin out on all the movies, the staff should put more attention on what they are doing.
EDIT: I have been treated very well here for about the last 6 months. Moving from 4 to 5 stars!
Love they have new releases and their dollar movies are sometimes available in blue ray
