Friendly host / hostess, server, manager. Food very good. Server paid attention without over interruptions. Reasonable wait time. Recommended.
My husband and I love Italian food, olive garden is one of our favorite spot. We went in today with family and everyone ordered food along with their soup and salad, the server brought the soups and salad out it was 6 of us 2 of the ordered soup and the rest got salads she brought out one bowl of the salad and literally just 5 bread sticks we ordered sauce along with those bread sticks we didn't even get that. our food arrived and was very cold , the server didn't even come to ask if we needed anything, I had to ask for straws twice before we could actually enjoy our drinks usually the servers would come and give us the bill ask if everything was okay but that didn't happen either so after a while we got tired of waiting on her, paid on the game machine and left.
I had a waitress that just started working there. An error was made in the order, The lady corrected the error immediatly. She was very kind and attentive. Food was excellent. Manager stopped to check in on us 2-3 times. He is just a sweetheart. I haven't been there to eat in years. That day in particular was a stressful day for me. But thankfully lunch was pleasant and the people there were awesome. 5 stars.
A little slow last night but good food
Olive Garden still seems to be trying to reinvent themselves. The service has improved but the food does not justify the price. On the other hand even slow progress is progress.
