Con: The reason why I gave them two stars, my room was infested with I bugs. I told the hotel managers and they did nothing about it. The manager actual said, "At least they're not the huge ones." Was that supposed to make me feel better? I think the bugs came thru the vents. The cleaning ladies and I kept the room spotless, so there was nothing specific attracting the bugs. That means the bugs were ALREADY THERE.
Pro: Staff is super friendly. Free continental breakfast including waffles. They have social hour Mon-Wed where they offer free food and drinks and you can meet other people staying in the hotel.
