Only time to get them on the phone is right at 8am or else you are waiting an hour and it is impossible to work with them if you have a Monday through Friday job. I don't have sick time or vacation time so I have to loose a whole day just to deal with what should be a five minute deal.
Health is important cause they got stuff that can kill u be safe y'all and have safer sex don't be stupid use protection

These people don't like answering their phones. 40 minutes on the phone waiting for some human voice. In the 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to take a drive while still waiting on the phone. Now, the drive is about 15 minutes away. So I had a friends come so she could listen to the phone for me. Yea. All the workers were just laughing and eating chips like no one was even calling them. It was just awesome. Anyway. Appointment was great. Got to pick the time frame and a day. People are super nice other then the front desk people who don't give a rat ass about their damn job.
Been on the phone for 30 minutes, but no one will answer. I don't understand why the receptionists are so inconsiderate. But the nursing staff is great.
