I have been a BoA customer for six months. So far, no issues. The staff is courteous and competent.
the customer service is horrific. it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or an answer o any question. i have been calling for two days involving a check that was put on hold for no reason and no one will help fix the issue. unacceptable
It's ok. Never had a problem but it gets 3 stars because they only have 1 ATM for the whole Rockford belvidere loves park machesney park area.
