Got there 15 mins before the office closed and just needed a copy of tax transcripts printed. Was told the woman behind the counter was no longer seeing people because it was too close to closing time. The security officer proceeded to tell me that they do other things here besides just print things up. Thank you captain obvious I could've figured that one out I myself however the office was completely empty and there were no other people there except for me. The request I was asking for would've taken all of five minutes if that. All I needed was a copy printed up of my prior year tax transcripts but somebody was too concerned with punching out on time at exactly 4:30. Thanks a lot, I worked prior to getting there and could not get out any sooner. I desperately needed that paper work for my financial for school. Poor service.

We were just here to pay our 2016 Income Taxes and were received by a lady that as soon as we said we had no appointment reacted as if we had a contagious disease. She had a horrible attitude towards us. We remained friendly and made the payment. When she took the chck she immediately dismissed us with "Ok, that's it." My husband and I looked at each other perplexed. I asked her "Do we get a receipt?" She said "Your receipt is your cancelled check." With that we were dismissed as she left us and went to the back. Never had anyone in customer servive treat us so rudely before. She did not even bother asking if we had any more questions or needed help with anything else. She simply dismissed us and took off. Her badge was facing away from me so I did not get her name but wish I knew it so that I could make a formal complaint. Also, appointments are not required for payments so her attitude was not necessary.
